- Conducting meetings of both employer, consultant and contractor on Tuesday with the presence of project partners.
- Conducting meetings of the HSE unit on Tuesday with the presence of the project partners
- Holding meetings of construction workshops to run a metal sketch shop during the week and temporary delivery with the presence of project partners, employer, consultant, contractor and excellent consultants.
- Organizing engineering design meetings including architecture, electricity and facilities
- Visiting the Steel Arrangement Workshop of Aran Stand Co. (Contractor for Construction of Metal Scaffolding Project) by Honorable Managing Director and Supervisory Board
- Investigate the equipment of the secondary workshop for transferring the personnel of the staff to the project
- Installation of a third tower of 16 tons on the south side of the project
- Installation of more than 800 tons of metal sketches this month and about 6,000 meters of roof and 1100 square meters of retaining walls at different levels
