- Establishing weekly meetings of the workshops for installing and constructing and controlling the quality, implementation, and control of the project and the shop of metal skeleton
- Formation of Engineering Meetings on Architectural and Mechanical Facilities and Electrolytic Installations
- Establish various meetings with the presence of facade contractors and fire-propelling materials (fireproof) with different companies and brands for examination and use in the project.
- Establish engineering sessions for future project contracts as well as contracting requirements including safety, security, insurance, project control, quality control and implementation procedures.
